What a nightmare.

I placed my order on July 1st and even shelled out extra cash for a 2-day delivery. Here we are, 11 days later, and my package is still MIA.

Seriously, don’t rely on this site.

This was my initial experience using the new Instagram shopping feature. I've been eager to get something from this brand for more than a year, and I finally decided to spoil myself for my birthday this year! Everything has been going well up to now; I'm still on the lookout for my blanket, but I think it’s already on its way. I don’t mind the wait, just didn’t realize it was a preorder until I inquired about it three weeks later. However, the customer service has been excellent so far.

"After all the hype, I finally snagged them!"
I've been eyeing those plant pillows for ages and finally decided to treat myself. They truly enhance the vibe of my living space! Super one-of-a-kind. My living room is filled with some old furniture that I’m not too crazy about, so I plan to swap it out down the line. But these pillows really help to unify the look, so I might hang onto them for a bit longer. Plus, they’re just as practical as they are stylish.

"Fantastic cushions, but some concerns."
I really adore these cushions. They’re crafted nicely, soft, and appear even more appealing than the images. That said, I wasn’t too happy about each cushion being packed separately in a large (and heavy) plastic bag. If your business philosophy is to use customer funds to help the planet, maybe consider reevaluating your own methods.

"Super cute but came with a tear"
This pillow is just the cutest, and my friend, who I got it for, is really into it! But, it showed up with a tiny tear in the stitching on the inside of one of the succulent leaves, which I spotted while giving it a fluff. Considering what I paid, I thought it would be bigger, plusher, and definitely not damaged.
